Prawn cocktail with iceberg lettuce, avocado and Marie rose sauce
Chicken liver paté with festive chutney and grilled bread
Heirloom tomato salad, stracciatella, smoked almonds, basil

Mains

Roasted pork rack, sausage, sage and pistachio stuffing with vino cotto jus
Turkey crown, macadamia, cavalo nero and pancetta stuffing with roasting jus

Leaf salad golden shallot dressing

Desserts

Burnt Alaska with gingerbread ice cream
